 Episcopal Academy's Karen Xiao is Main Line Student of the Week - January 30, 2022 To read the article on Karen Xiao click here     A senior at Episcopal Academy, Karen Xiao is an active member of the Girls in STEM club and was a National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) award winner in 2021. She is the Editor in Chief of EA’s yearbook Tabula and is a Model UN delegate. Xiao serves on the executive board of EA’s Community Service Corps and also volunteers at the Easttown Library and at OurVillage Tutoring. She is part of a leadership group elected by students and faculty called EQV, which is responsible for running leadership courses for freshmen and sophomores. This spring, Xiao will be captain of EA’s varsity softball team.

 Villa Maria Academy's Joey Gaglioti is Main Line Student of the Week - January 23, 2022 To read the article on Joey Gaglioti click here     A senior at Villa Maria Academy, Joey Gaglioti is on the school’s executive board for Mission and Ministry, President of the school’s chapter of the Spanish National Honors Society, President of Spanish Club, head co-leader of JustCompliments and President of Athletic and Spirit. She also is a member of SpeakUp, Peer Ministry, Student Advisory Board, Diversity and Inclusion, military club, and business club. Gaglioti has received the school’s Math Excellence Award for Algebra 1, has earned Distinguished Honors and First Honors, and is the captain of Villa Maria’s varsity golf team. Her Capstone project is learning about the crucial ways language and culture are an aspect international business, as she hopes to study International business in the future and become bilingual.

 Agnes Irwin's Golda Mehl is Main Line Student of the Week - January 16, 2022 To read the article on Golda Mehl click here     A senior at Agnes Irwin, Gold Mehl co-heads PALS, AIS’s peer mentoring program, serves as a tour guide and is an active participant in the school’s Team Joy program. Outside of school, Mehl sits on the Advisory Board of The Starfish Project, a local program that provides community service opportunities to children (and she co-led the associated school club). Having participated in the Special Olympics for three years, she has also worked at a summer camp for behaviorally challenged children. Last year, Mehl joined the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Student of the Year Campaign, during which she and her team raised $25,000 for cancer research.  Malvern Prep's Luke Gueriera is Main Line Student of the Week - January 9, 2022  To read the article click here    A senior at Malvern Prep, Luke Gueriera is editor of the school newspaper, the Friar’s Lantern, a member of the Adelphia Society (welcome mentor for incoming freshmen) and SpeakUp (organized meetings with students/parents about controversial issues relevant to high schools). He is a MECO leader (Malvern’s senior spiritual retreat weekend), has performed extensive community service, and is a member of Malvern Prep’s Inter-Ac champion football team.

Villa Maria Academy’s Gabriella Mascioli is Main Line Student of the Week  - January 2, 2022 To read the article click here     A senior at Villa Maria, Gabriella Mascioli is an Immaculate Heart of Mary (IHM) Charism Scholarship recipient and has received Distinguished and First Honors. She is co-leader of the school’s Student Integrity Committee and Editor-in-Chief of Villa Maria’s yearbook, Reflections. Mascioli has an Alumnae Relations leadership role on the school’s Quill & Scroll Honor Society, and is a member of the National Honor Society, Spanish Honor Society and Math Honor Society. She also is captain of the Villa Maria cheerleading team, a Student Ambassador and a member of the Altar Serving and Peer Ministry teams.
