 Episcopal Academy's Maggie Lo is Main Line Student of the Week - May 22, 2022 To read the article on Maggie Lo click here  A junior at Episcopal Academy, Maggie Lo is co-president of EA’s Student Alliance for Sustainability (previously known as the Save the Planet Club). She is on the executive board of EA’s Community Service Corps, and has participated in the National High School Climate Forum. Lo has participated in the Girls.Hack Competition, and plays flute for Episcopal Academy’s school band. She is co-editor of EA’s school newspaper, The Scholium, and is on the leadership board of the Girls in STEM club. As a sophomore, she was part of a five-girls team that finished in first place at the Girls.Hack Competiton. Last summer, she participated in a chemistry internship, working with a graduate student at Penn State on his project studying the Ethylene-Forming-Enzyme (EFE).

 Villa Maria Academy's Elizabeth O'Connell is Main Line Student of the Week - May 15, 2022 To read the article on Elizabeth O'Connell click here  A senior at Villa Maria Academy, Elizabeth O’Connell was just named class salutatorian. She is president of the Math Honor Society, co-leader of the school’s Student Integrity program, a homeroom representative with Mission and Ministry, and is a member of Peer Ministry, PA Math League, Latin Honor Society, and National Honor Society. O’Connell has been commended for the National Merit Scholarship competition, was given a Certificate of Merit by the Society of Women Engineers, and has received distinguished honors each year at Villa Maria. Last summer, she was accepted into the Life Sciences division of the University of Notre Dame Summer Scholars Program – her program focused on a combination of environmental science and cancer biology.  Shipley's Ronen Rabinowitz is Main Line Student of the Week - May 8, 2022 To read the article on Ronen Rabinowitz click here   A junior at The Shipley School, Ronen Rabinowitz has a grade-point average of 4.78, and is taking three honors courses (Biology, Pre-Calculus and Spanish IV). He was one of the students in Shipley’s Technology Student Association (TSA) team that competed at the Pennsylvania Technology Student Association Region 5 Conference last year, in which students submitted work in the Children’s Stories, Board Game Design, Music Production, Digital Video Production, and Extemporaneous Speech categories. Rabinowitz has spent more than a dozen hours with the school’s Share Food Program. He plays the French horn and trumpet, and is a member of Shipley’s Jazz Band, Orchestra, Shipley Singers and Glee Club.  Sacred Heart Academy's Caitlyn Breslin is Main Line Student of the Week - May 1, 2022   To read the article on Caitlyn Breslin click here     A junior at Sacred Heart Academy, Caitlyn Breslin is an honor student and a member of the Girls in Medicine Club, where she was a co-presenter at the annual Annenberg High School Science Symposium each of the past two years. She is also a member of Sacred Heart’s field hockey squad and a competitive Irish dancer who qualified for the Irish Dance Worlds in Belfast April 10-17.

 Villa Maria Academy's Fiona McDaid is Main Line Student of the Week - April 24, 2022   To read the article on Fiona McDaid click here     A senior at Villa Maria, Fiona McDaid is her school’s National Honor Society Secretary, a Student Council Class Vice President, a National Merit Commended Student and a Villa Maria Academy Academic Scholarship Recipient. She also is a Peer Minister, a yearbook section editor, and captain of both the varsity softball and cheerleading squads. Outside of Villa Maria, she is a tumbling coach.
