 Malvern Prep's Quinn Dougherty is Main Line Student of the Week - November 21, 2021   To read the article on Quinn Dougherty click here     Quinn Dougherty, a senior at Malvern Prep, has received Distinguished Academic Honors for each semester in high school, including multiple AP and honors-level courses. He has been an officer with Malvern’s Student Council for the past four years; is a member of the Adelphia Society, which welcomes new students to Malvern; is a member of the school’s Stock Market Club; and is an editor of the school yearbook. Dougherty also is a member of Malvern Prep’s 2020 state championship ice hockey team, and he works at IceLine as a scorekeeper.

 Villa Maria Academy's Lelia Astolfi is Main Line Student of the Week - November 14, 2021   To read the article on Leila Astolfi click here    A senior at Villa Maria Academy, Leila Astolfi earned academic distinguished honors in 9th, 10th, and 11th grade, served as class vice president since freshman year and is currently the executive vice president for the entire Villa Maria student body. Astolfi received the academic excellence award in 9th grade for honors biology, the honors world history II excellence award in 10th grade, and the honors anatomy excellence award in 11th grade. She was asked by the administration to serve on the Student Advisory board in 9th, 10th, and 11th grade, and was awarded the Villa Maria Field Hockey Spirit Award in 10th and 11th grade, serving as team captain her junior year. She also is serving a two-year board commitment to the Girls Advisory Board of Chester County.  

 Valley Forge Military Academy's Thomas Manidis is Main Line Student of the Week - November 7, 2021   To read the article on Thomas Manidis click here     A senior at Valley Forge Military Academy, Thomas Manidis has won a number of awards at the school, including Best Cadet of the Month (Oct. 2018), Best Squad Leader of the Month (Jan. 2019, Feb. 2019), The Presidents Award (2019), The Harvey Medal for Science 3rd Class (2020), The Good Citizenship Award (2021), The Russo Medal (2021) and Silver Star Honor Roll (2020-2021).

 Academy of Notre Dame's Olivia Friess is Main Line Student of the Week - Oct. 31, 2021   To read the article on Olivia Friess click here    A senior, Olivia Friess started the Environmental Club at Academy of Notre Dame, was a leader on the school’s recent mural project (“Every Person is a New Door to a Different World”), is an involved member of Notre Dame’s Diversity Club and is a Global Citizen Scholar.
