Villa Maria Academy's Jillian Williamson is Main Line Student of the Week - December 30, 2018 To read the article on Jillian Williamson click here Jillian Williamson, a senior, holds multiple leadership roles at Villa Maria, including vice president of Tri-M International Music Honors Society; president of the Handbell Choir; first chair cello and cello section leader in orchestra; chief of photography for the school newspaper, The Villa Voice; and a member of the leadership team for Music Ministry on campus. She also participates in the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, the String Ensemble, the National Honors Society, the Quill & Scroll Writing Honors Society and the yearbook writing staff. She has been a Girl Scout for 12 years and is currently serving as a girl delegate for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, a position which is a part of the Girl Governance Program and helps connect Girl Scouts to the council.

Sacred Heart's Grace Magnotta is Main Line Student of the Week - December 16, 2018 To read the article on Grace Magnotta click here Grace Magnotta is treasurer of her senior class, a Mathlete and a founding member of Courageous Conversations, a dialogue training workshop at Sacred Heart Academy. In the summer of 2017, she was chosen to be one of Sacred Heart’s two student representatives to attend the Network Crossing Frontiers, an international Sacred Heart Network conference sponsored by the Religious of the Sacred Heart. The purpose of the student track was to expose students from other Sacred Heart Network schools to dialogue training for controversial issues and have them take the skills back to their school. Agnes Irwin's Saguna Malhotra is Main Line Student of the Week - December 9, 2018 To read the article on Saguna Malhotra click here Malhotra, a straight A student and National Merit semifinalist, is co-head of both Agnes Irwin’s ECO (Environmental) Board and the Council for the Advancement of Girls, which is the student arm of AIS’ Center for the Advancement of Girls. She’s the director of communications for the school robotics team, which regularly competes at regional competitions. She also participates in AIS’s student-run fashion magazine Skirt, STEM club and world affairs council. For the last three summers, she has had an internship at the UPenn Science summer research lab; after ninth grade, she helped with the clinical studies of how light can cause migraines and possible blindness. Last summer, she also interned with GenHERation, a company that works to forge a network for high school and college girls in the corporate world.

He is a two-time recipient of the Harvey Medal for a cadet who excels in the area of social studies, a recipient of the Harvey Medal for Science and a recipient of the McCloskey Medal, presented to those cadets who have attained the highest disciplinary reputation in their respective class.
