 A senior at Valley Forge Military Academy, Qingyuan Meng has attended this school for the past three years, coming here from China (his family still lives in China). At Valley Forge Military Academy, Meng has attained the Gold Star Honor Roll in 2019, 2020 and 2021, and was the recipient of the Dean of the Academy Medal in 2020.

 Episcopal Academy's Naomi Isaac-Hyman is Main Line Student of the Week - Sept. 19, 2021 To read the article on Naomi Isaac-Hyman click here     A senior at Episcopal Academy, Naomi Isaac-Hyman was recently selected as a fellow for the Bronfman Fellowship, a program that accepts only 26 rising Jewish high school seniors from across the United States (and Canada). Isaac-Hyman is a talented violinist and plays in EA’s Chamber Orchestra. She is also involved with the theater program and has performed in Midsummer Night’s Dream, Walk Two Moons, and Fiddler on the Roof. She worked on the Tech Crew for the production of Les Miserables. Isaac-Hyman is an active member of the Classics Club, QSA, and is the president of the school’s “nerd club”: Fantastic Nerds and Where to Find Them.  Valley Forge Military Academy’s Nicholas Wu is Main Line Student of the Week (May 20-26) To read the article on Nicholas Wu click here A sophomore at VFMA, Nicholas Wu has been awarded the Harvey Medal in the subjects of Science, English, and French; was awarded the Major General Anthony Wayne medal for being the 8th grade valedictorian; and was awarded the Dean’s Medal two years in a row for achieving Gold Star Honor Roll status every marking period in a school year. He is a member of Valley Forge Military Academy’s National Honor Society and Hi-Q team, and made his VFMA Theatre debut this spring as Mr. Mushnick in Little Shop of Horrors. Wu is also a member of the school’s Community Service Club, Rifle Club, Drill Team, varsity soccer squad and varsity swimming team.
